Prepare your skin

Remove any hair and moisturize the skin a few hours before applying the tattoo.

Right before application

Wash the skin thoroughly with soap. Do it properly – if you clean it with something like a moisturizing lotion instead, the tattoo may come out smudged.

Make sure:

  • the skin is oil-free,
  • the skin is completely dry,
  • there are no wounds or irritations.

*We recommend using our exfoliating glove for the best skin preparation before applying your tattoo.

Application

Carefully apply the tattoo – make sure you place it exactly as you want, so it’s not crooked! It won’t come off that easily.
Press the tattoo firmly and don’t move it.
Dampen it with a wet sponge, ideally covering the entire design.
Make sure the full design transfers.
If you’re applying a sleeve, we recommend asking someone to help you.

Peeling Off

Carefully peel off the tattoo without sliding it across the skin.
Do not touch the tattoo.
Do not cover it with clothing or anything else for the first hour.
Avoid applying the tattoo right before sleep – you’ll likely smudge it.
If the tattoo is placed on a fold (e.g., elbow), try not to bend your arm to prevent the ink from shifting.

  • Avoid sweating.
  • Avoid heat.
  • Avoid physical activity.
  • Avoid washing the tattoo.

Color Development

ATTENTION! During hot weather, try not to sweat while the tattoo is developing – it may smudge. Once it’s fully developed, you can sweat as much as you like :)

  • Within about 24–48 hours, the tattoo will reach its final color. Of course, the exact shade depends on your skin type and condition – for example, how your skin exfoliates or how much you sweat. Don’t worry, you’ll definitely be satisfied with the result.
  • We recommend covering the tattoo with loose, breathable clothing during sleep or whenever there is a risk of the tattoo touching another part of the skin – otherwise the ink might transfer.
  • In rare cases, even after 48 hours the tattoo may still appear very dark and not fully absorbed. In that situation, be careful not to smudge the ink or transfer it to other body parts or fabrics.
  • In the winter, avoid exposing the tattoo to low temperatures – cold significantly slows down the development process.

All Done

By the third day, your SafeTatt™ should already look amazing.
It lasts from one to two weeks – and for some people, even longer.
It will naturally fade as your skin renews itself :) (exfoliation).

If you urgently need to remove the tattoo, use a sponge and scrub firmly – but be careful not to hurt your skin.
An exfoliating scrub will also help.

Placement on the body

Applying your SafeTatt™ on areas with frequent contact with water or exposed to higher friction may cause it to fade faster.

Color

Our inks work on every skin tone, but the final color will vary from person to person as the ink reacts differently with your skin’s chemistry. This means the end result can range from a blue-green shade to a deep blue-black – making your tattoo completely unique!

Fading

Our ink will gradually fade as your skin naturally regenerates (exfoliates).
The duration of your tattoo depends on several factors, such as:

- Physical activity

- Placement of the tattoo (areas with high friction will fade faster)

- Your unique skin type – everyone is different

- The intensity of your skin’s exfoliation

Daily activity

Avoid excessive heat, water, or friction if you want your SafeTatt™ to last as long as possible.
Of course, you can do anything while wearing our tattoo – but for maximum longevity, try to avoid rubbing it, swimming, frequent washing, and heavy sweating.

If you have sensitive skin or strong allergies, we recommend first applying the smallest tattoo before trying larger ones – or consider skipping tattoo application altogether.

This product contains ingredients you may not have used on your skin before. Although rare, there is a small risk of an allergic reaction after use (or sensitization from repeated use) – similar to the risk with any new topical product.

Do not use if you have ever experienced a skin reaction or irritation after applying a semi-permanent tattoo in the past. If in doubt, consult a doctor before using this product.

If any issues occur after use – such as rash, itching, swelling, or blisters – seek medical advice and contact our support team.
